The average price for a three bed semi-detached house in Drogheda / Louth is €225,000 compared to the €345,000 price in the Dublin region.

The annual asking price of inflation rose by 9.7% nationwide, by 7.4% in Dublin and by 10.6% elsewhere around the country.

The quarterly asking price inflation also rose slightly throughout Ireland – by 1.3% nationally, by 1.7% in Dublin, and by 1.1% elsewhere around the country.

You can also travel to Belfast from Drogheda in under 90 minutes. This gives you access to a wider range of amenities and opportunities.

The DART (Dublin Area Rapid Transport) electric train network will be extended to Drogheda by 2025, offering residents additional fast and frequent access to Dublin.

Drogheda is incredibly well-positioned between four nearby universities in central and north Dublin (Dublin City University, Trinity College Dublin, UCD, and Technological University Dublin) together with NCI, NUI Maynooth to the west, and Dundalk Institute of Technology (DkIT) to the north.
